on Tue, 06/05/2012 - 01:53

The Hudson River Waterfront Conservancy has been the driving force for the development of the Hudson River Waterfront Walkway which covers the completed 12 miles or so from Exchange Place to Edgewater and then the 3 mile section of this trail that goes from Edgewater to the GWB along River Road (which is not yet complete).

Here's a detailed explanation of the trail we will be walking on the NJ side provided by the Conservancy:

on Tue, 06/05/2012 - 01:33

Officially, the walk ends back at Exchange Place, although you could say it also ends at the World Trade Center since a ride on the PATH train is all that's left to finish the walk. Those coming from the NYC side can simply choose to end at the Trade Center.

It's been our custom to mark a place to meet at the end of a walking event. There are also several other places in this City Hall area, including a Shake Shack nearby for those that prefer
